Mindfulness. What is this?
Previously, this word was associated with spiritual teachers, with Tibetan techniques, and indeed, with any obscure spiritual directions. But it is not so.
Awareness is the ability to live!
The ability to feel and feel yourself.
The ability to hear yourself and your desires.
Ability to observe your emotions.
Awareness is the skill to act from the state of the inner observer.
This same observer helps you determine what exactly you are doing now or want to do! It allows you to honestly admit to yourself and others, whether you like or dislike the process, action, subject, situation.
This observer, of course, is you yourself.
And you must learn to act not from “accepted” and “laid”, but from “I like it!” And “I want to!”
Here it is awareness. Do not cheat yourself to please people or the system. And listen to yourself and respect, first of all, your opinion.
It is difficult, but only this quality will help to survive!
